Your water pump should be changed with the timing belt.
That sticker should have more than just the year it was replaced. It should also tell you how many miles your rig had when it was replaced. There is some debate about how often they should be replaced, but 100k miles is usually what most people say, give or take, so unless you've been driving it a lot I doubt it's time.
Some people let it go longer, because it's a non-interference engine, so you won't have any damage if the belt breaks, but that is up to you.
