GM, ford and Dodge all have aftermarket lift spindles for stock set ups. i ran them on my last truck. They have a spacer that pushes out the CV to meet spindle hub. The hub and whatnot stays the same, its an extended top that makes the lift.


EDIT: maybe the way toyota has their LCA BJ location causes the issue.
