FINAL UPDATE : So this is from ICON :

With the new KDSS style suspension we found that the track bar needs to have a 5 degree bend in it. So we basically redesigning the track bar. This process is going to take about 3 weeks to complete. Engineering says you are fine to drive your vehicle with the clunk it makes at droop. It will not do any damage.

By far the nicest company to deal with ! Hats off to them for gettin all over this like white on rice. !
