OP, bummer to hear about this. I hate bad customer service, especially being left in the dark. Best of luck to get this resolved. Hopefully others on the thread can shed some light onto the issue.

Anyways, I see a lot of issues with Baja. Pretty sure JBlick is having pretty rough time with his rack.
