I ordered the front-diff ADD indicator switch (84222-35070) and installed it. The problem persists.

I took the opportunity to remove the two transfer case switches and tested all original switches with a multimeter.

The ADD indicator and the driver side (4LO) transfer case switches show an open circuit when the switch is not depressed. They each show resistance of ~10 ohms when depressed.
The passenger side (4HI) transfer case switch shows open circuit, both when not depressed and depressed.

I'll be ordering the passenger side (4HI) switch (84222-35110) and will try that next.
