I get the same issue, not sure if it's an Arby's ad because once it moves the page I immediately try to hit the X before it starts. Chrome also continues to ask me if I want to kill the page or wait. The problem is that there's no X for me. There's a pause button, but it doesn't do anything.
I don't like using adblock and taking revenue away from websites, but I've turned it on until I can access this site without it.
