I totally agree, All-Pro has horrible customer service. Recently, dealt with them on a rock slider issue (with KDSS). After dealing with operators, finally was put in touch with their "tech" Nick, who at first insisted I was sent the correct slider. After asking him to look at the direction pictures given to me through AllPro's weblink, he still wouldn't confirm their picture of the install with KDSS was different then what I was sent. Long story short, I also had to keep contacting him, he finally said a replacement slider would be sent, no apology for insisting I was wrong. I requested a small refund as I would have to once again degrease, prime, paint, and install the correct slider, Jesus Juarez (sales manager) would not agree to my request of a small refund. AllPro and their customer service is horrible, stay away from them.
