We do apologize for any shipping delays this time of year is pretty crazy and a freak snowstorm last week shut us down for a day which didn't help but we are working overtime to catch up and get orders out as fast as we can.

Lees04 - I think I spoke to you on the phone glad to hear the replacement unit got you going! "Bad" units in reality might be 1 in a 1000 but a bad software flash is more than likely the culprit. Again thanks for your patience we appreciate it.
