lubed the seat rails with silicone brake grease seats move better, less pop when adjusting .. when it the position I like no movement of noises.

I had this problem on my gm truck . there was a rubber stop that broke down so I fabricated a rubber to set in that spot no more seat popping .. had to do both seats. GM truck was 10 yrs old when this started got worse so I had to break it all down took a few hours ..
