Yes.

(but don't take my word for it) ;)

in all seriousness, I designed the pck for folks like you and I who have 2-2.5" of lift. the core of the kit is the axle-side bracket which lifts the panhard 2" - the frame side bracket is for the rest of the planet that likes 3+
