Just ordered one.

So far I'm impressed - my email question was immediately answered, a PDF of the 11 page install instructions was readily accessible at SDHQ's website, and the item is in stock and ready for shipment. Website is clear and well put together and this particular product has clear images available. This unit also has extra side braces that other don't appear to.

By contrast - I have been waiting for a week for a three letter company whose name starts with C and ends with I to answer my questions about installation, finish, and lead time AFTER I already bought and paid for their version of the hidden winch mount. No response - even after I called them and talked to a guy - they failed to follow through with what they said they would, which was to email me the install guide. Website sucks and the description for the hidden winch mount is actually for a different product, with just one half-ass photo leaving me to guess how the thing bolts up. Install guides not available online and a 8+ week delay in production of the actual unit, meanwhile my winch sits mocking me on the workbench. Order cancelled, SDHQ gets my business.

Edit, received the mount 3 days after ordering, here's my install post / pics:
