Lots to be had on amazon/ebay. Most seem to be either Steering wheel mounted or mount to the back of the front seat for use in the back seat.

Fleet (and ebay for used). They outfit Police cars and have lots of different options for mounting laptops in SUVs (4runners are not often used as police vehicles so you may need to make some changes to teh mounting of the vehicle specific ones.)
