I wouldn't re-gear unless going with 35s (315-325s). If you had a 4cyl 285x75-17 with 3.73 rings i'd say regear. With the 4.0 and 5 speed you'll drop th 3rd or 4th more often and be there a bit longer up the pass but you won't drop speed.
