I do not recall seeing Power Steering Pump Leak reports on 5th gen 4runers… so if you truly have it you may be the first one…
First thing I would do is clean all the “buildup” and figure out if it is power steering leak…
Not to bring the bad news… but it may be oil leaking from timing cover -I am not going to call it common, but I have seeing reports of that issue especially on the early 5th gens (mainly 2010-2012) - here is the link to one of the discussions:

How many miles are on your truck? From what I know, timing cover leak would appear with fairly low mileage (under 30-40K)…
