Doing a straight clone of the sd card to another card wont work even if it is a bit by bit duplicate because of the encryption on the file linking the maps to the specific card. There is a unique file that is encrypted with the hardware ID of your specific card. If you clone the card the encrypted key for the prior card will copy, when the system checks to verify it will see your card is a different card than the original and will fail to load. The only way this would work is if you were backing up your own card and flashing back to that same card. These hardware ids are not changeable so you can't modify your card to match the other one.
