I have 275/65-18, had to do a little trimming but they fit fine, that being said, I have 18x9 aftermarket wheels with a lower offset, still gotta do some trimming.
Initial impressions on these tires after a week, they ride great, quieter than the Iron Country tires that were on it (not saying much), and they handle well. I do mostly highway driving and these feel very planted and balanced out just fine.
Oh, also after putting on bigger wheels and tires, I seem to have gained a few MPG (on the read out, haven't filled up yet). Overall rolling diameter is 4.7% larger than what I had which makes a tiny difference as well.
