I pulled the plugs today and put a borescope down each one. These are the pictures I got. None of them looked like what I would expect them to look like if coolant was leaking through. No wetness or cleanness. Keep in mind, this engine has 220,000 miles on it. I did notice that the plugs were single ground and not double as the manufacturer recommends. I'll be replacing them with double ground plugs (unless advised otherwise).
