When I inspected my cylinders/plugs on my engine that had a bad HG, I bore scoped them and they all looked pretty much the same. The leak down test is how I knew for sure I had a blown HG on the #3 cylinder.
I would just top off your coolant and keep a close eye on your coolant level now that you have your leaks fixed. If your not having any other symptoms of a bad HG, it's probably fine.
