It would be really neat if it could be adapted to the 4Runner though. I’ve had a blast driving it around on the beaches in St. Augustine, but I’m not super impressed with it on the highway at all! Very unstable feeling at higher speeds such as 75ish, where my 4Runner is rock solid, I had to pretty much white knuckle with both hands to keep it in a straight line. It was not beat or anything either. I was the very first person to rent it with only 350 miles on it. Definitely needed a LOT more caster or something. Other than that, a pretty impressive vehicle though, and being bright orange, definitely draws attention!

The sway bar disconnect is super simple. Imagine two gears that face each other, when the sway bar is connected, they mesh and both sides operate as one. When disconnected, they move apart to unmesh and operate independently. 4runners don't really need a rear swaybar, I completely removed mine and just put stiffer springs on it.
