Most companies only sell OEM reman'd calipers. So if you order Powerstop, Calihan, NAPA, etc. they are all the same OEM Toyota calipers, very few companies have reverse engineered a caliper and made their own, I'm yet to see one for our 4Runners. Where it differs between companies is the quality of the aftermarket seals and components installed in them.
I'm going on 4 years with my Powerstop calipers with no issue.

try re-bedding your brakes. When I installed my rotors, I went on some "spirited" drives and heated up my brakes big time. I thought I had warped them but realize that the pad material wasn't evenly distributed on the rotor, I could see it. I did another brake bedding proceduce and the wobble went away.
If that doesn't do it, just have them turned at a machine shop for cheap.
