Are you guys just talking about the filter alone or the whole intake tube, intake manifold, thottle body etc? If so than what about cold air intakes reguardless of manufacture. I'm planning on finding, buying, and installing a snorkel for my 4Runner 4.0L V-6. I want it to be a real performance SUV like a Porsche Cayene Turbo or a G-class. Would the high inlet open (via the top of the B-pillar) mean less dust? Still not sure.
