Need advice ASAP on TRD PRO roof rack

I have had my Pro less than a month. The dealer removed the roof rack and installed a deletion kit at my request so I could fit in the garage where I work. Today we went through a car wash and water started coming in through the seatbelts near the roof. Upon inspection all 4 inserts and their bolts had come off in the car wash. Ugh. The dealer says he will make it right tomorrow since service is closed today. Any advice? I have been reading this forum for years and love the insight I get from here!
