Just did the CV reboot this week. What a $hit$how....ended up reversing the type of grease on my passenger side axle (put inner for outer and outer for inner). I hope it doesn't matter too much because I am just planning on running it like that for awhile. I also managed to break one of the cv band clamps and had to use a worm clamp that doesn't really fit that great.
After some consideration I think I am just going to buy some CVJ axles and be done with it.
Getting to the things was definitely the easy part. Rebooting them is such a pain in the a$$ though.
Also the drain plug on the front diff is definitely as much of a pain as people say it is.

I'm just going to pretend I didn't read this... (planning on doing this in the near future and have all the parts waiting for me to get the time) I'm considering doing it while leaving the piece connected to the front diff though, haven't looked too closely yet. Any tips? :/
