Just get new tires on your own dime and be done with it.

I had numerous road force balances done and I still get a little steering shake for the first 10 miles. The frustrating part is the steering wheel shake will come back a few days after rebalancing. My dealer doesn't want to replace the tires. They seem more interested in replacing suspension and driveline parts which I don't think are the problem.

From what I've gathered, it seems like installing a lift makes the steering less sensitive to tire imbalances. Some better tires and new lift should make you ride smooth.
