I'm using Wheelers Superbumps up front and rears are Durobumps.

Haven't gotten to test the rears yet.
Fronts were an immediate difference to me. Control arms would actually make contact with the bumps with my lift rather than not at all with stock bumps. Drops and bumps are much softer and squishier with them, even just driving down the driveway.
