Idk if I would agree with that. The interior quality of modern vehicles is immensely better than what it was in the 90s let alone 15 years ago.
Again, I'm not asking for top notch quality just something that'll last through the comprehensive warranty

I'd buy a leather steering wheel wrap for 20 bucks that looks and feels OEM for 20 dollars on amazon and call it a day.
