Yup, you guys are right, that's definitely them! I don't need a whole set (nor would I spend that kind of money), and I'm not sure the rear bumper flares (assuming I could get them separately) would match the shape of my Limited flares, so...
...this seems like a good potential option. I studied the shape of the rear flares/mudflaps, and I can obviously cut off the lower portion to shorten the flare. My only concern is that that would leave an open edge at the bottom, which might look a little homemade? The factory flares have a small return portion on all edges, but I don't think I have the skills to replicate that. Working with plastics is not my forte .

I know for a fact that you can trim the bottom black portion off with no ill affect. Not sure how much higher you could go, but you could start there and find out if you wished.
