Change the oil every year,
Change the belts every 2 years,(or at least inspect them every year and make sure no cracking)
Flush the coolant once a year
Flush the transmission every 5 years
Do the diff's every 3-4 years depending on your location

That's the general rule of thumb I've always used with my cars and never had any issues.
