It's called Torque Dashboard Plugin.
It's a bit finicky; you have to open it, then add whatever gauge, like the actual app. I think it sees when you have the full version purchased and unlocks more.

If you're willing to spend $150ish on a Scangauge, why not get an Android radio headunit for about the same price? Just install the Torque app straight to your radio.
