The screen size is a major improvement over the stock unit, which is smaller than the screen on my cell phone
The OS doesn't seem to have any speed lag. The backup camera comes on immediately if on already, about 2 secs when starting from off.
Apparently the unit doesn't support the XM module, which may be deal breaker. I've installed the app, but don't currently have a sim card, so i would need to use my phone as a hotspot. The radio however is a nice improvement over stock. plenty of options and features.
I was able to install a launcher that makes the usage even easier and flexible.
There was an issue with the wrong cable/connector being shipped but they have agreed to ship the correct one.
I'm still figuring out usage (again, no manual) but so far, it does what it's supposed to do. I do have to figure out how to get google maps working without having internet access - i figure it should work similar to how the stock unit works with not having internet access.
If anyone has a question I'll be happy to answer.

it's an android device, google maps needs internet to work the same as your phone. you'll need to hotspot from your phone or get a sim card for the device. once you are on wifi or get a sim card you should be able to save areas for offline in google maps
can you download and run CPU Z or a similar app to check what processor and SoC it has
what version of android is it running?
