On another note, I've read two stories about so-called buy backs. One was a mustang with an engine problem and the other was a dodge hellcat that had all sorts of issues. In both cases the customer ended up dealing with a separate division on the company that only deals with these types of problems. In both cases it was a big PITA and took a few months to resolve. Lots of back and forth with calls, emails and paperwork. I hope you don't have to go through that much of a hassle. In any case, document everything and keep a diary with all important info - you may need it later.
