I just installed my switch pro 9100 over the weekend and I was able to use my app no problem. I didn’t need to connect via Bluetooth in settings, I just went straight to the app and searched for it.

Are you getting power to the module? Do you have the blue and white wires correctly tapped/spliced/add-a-fuse?
