Tough question to answer as everyone has different expectations and a lot of 4runners get different results with the exact same setup. I went toytec only because I used their sister company on my other truck and they were awesome. not so much on the 4runner, they suck. Test drive a pro and see if that's what you like. The pro still has rake. I had bad luck with Fox on my other trucks but that may be different on the runner and plenty of cheaper options for a runner that perform better on the 4runner. Eibach and dobkins have great reviews in this forum. Many like the 6112's but anything is better than stock!
Edit: I mis read or you edited your post. No way would I buy a used Bilstien pro setup. most sell the stock setups and move on for a reason
