If the ramp is less than two miles away and not steep you may be OK. But the Tundra brake upgrade would be a must.
Either the 470 or 460 would make your life much easier, or a 4th gen with the 2uz. It is hard to substitute for the raw power of the V8 as well as the hitch distribution.
Enjoy the boat, looks like fun.
