Surf racks for the SSO roof rack?

Hi y'all!

I am trying to figure out what kind of adapters I'd need to get some roof racks on the SSO roof rack. I know I'll need these adapters to start: RotoPax Mounting Plate / Universal Mounting Plate – Southern Style OffRoad, but can't for the life of me figure out what kind of adapters I'd need to make some Thule surf racks work.

Anyone got any ideas or done this before?
