Again Im new to this whole LED light thing. As to the bar light its only used in areas where I would normally have to use my High Beams. Such as the 5 miles it takes to get from the main street to my house.

DRL is your Daytime Running Light. In stock form, it’s the lights that are on during the day (and you don’t have “DRL off” nor your parking brake engaged when you first start up). If you look while they’re on, it’s actually the high beams that are on but operating much dimmer. This is because the electrical system is sending a pulsing power signal to the high beam lights.
The low beams have nothing to do with this, so you go with any LED upgrade and it’s not affected.
However, since the high beam lights are used for both high beam and DRL lighting, and they are sent two different power signals, a LED bulb without the proper driver will not operate correctly when it is sent the pulsing power signal (DRL active).
