Help with check engine is on and truck is in limp mode.

Need help. Battery went dead recently. The dash indicator Check engine and "Trac Off" lights are on after I jumped the battery. Multi terrain light is also blinking. Tried to drive it and it's in limp mode. Any suggestions?
