I guess if you are paying someone, it doesn't hurt to replace it all. Personally, I wouldn't replace sprockets. I didn't even replace my chain, guides or tensioner assembly, which is oil actuated I believe. Everything looked new and was lined up perfectly with the timing marks.
I did do the valve stem seals which were all pretty gross at 160k.
