check out "that titanium 4runner" member, he has a xreas delete pink on his profile... or do a search for xreas delete or removal. or google/youtube search for it, there are lots of threads & vids on how to do it.
the basics are, unhook each shock at the one way check valve, about 10-12" away from the connection on the shock. then remove the distribution blocks on the frame & remove all the remaining lines. the lines can stay if you dont care about it, but the main thing is to dosconnect at the check valves, with all 4 wheels off the ground. the rest is just removing the shocks themselves.
i just did this on my 08 sport & it was pretty simple, hardest aprt was the rear shock top bolt, wouldnt budge due to the flex in the shock/bushings, so i just cut it off with a sawzall.
