A lot of people say the guy is full of it but I learned a lot about oil in general. I have mixed feelings about it but it’s loaded with other good information.

I haven't but I will look into it. Do yourself a favor and ditch the OEM plastic oil filter housing at your first oil change. Replace it with an OEM aluminum housing.
