Great progress, keep up the good work. The cargo area (with seats folded down) is a great parts holding location. Try to keep anything you might need until the good truck is up and running well - you never know what you might need!
You'll probably need to drop the trans/transfer case out the bottom and pull the engine out the top if you aren't pulling the body off the frame.
It is pretty easy to cut the frame horns off the donor and weld them on the good truck - or keep the frame horns in place on the donor and move the frame horns on the good truck. They are the same OEM part number, just welded in a different location.
