BTW, I never trust part fitment advice from 3rd party sites like eBay or Amazon. Go to a real Toyota parts dealer online site or oempartsource. (But in this case you’d get the same no fit message).
The 4Runner uses a taller perforated center tube but it can be swapped over. That's the reason it's "not compatible".
