Well, with aftermarket UCAs you can get a more wide range of measurements thus allowing you to fine tune your specs.
Some with the SPC UCAs like me, have to set their preliminary alignment at home and then take it to the shop to get fine tuned.
Not all shops are aware of stuff like this. Most "Off-Road, or Custom" shops know stuff like this though if you can find a shop like that that will align you will be much better of in my experience.
