Ha - yea just read yours. Funny that we both have similar impressions. As others stated on your post, I think you're going to be very very happy from a reliability standpoint. All of my Toyota's have been awesome in that sense.
I haven't had mine in for service yet, but will be taking it to the dealer where I purchased it at least initially - the first few services are free. I bought it at Leith Toyota in Raleigh. Haven't heard anything (good or bad) about Mark Jacobsen Toyota, so can't comment on that.
