Bilstein does make them at stock with a lift in case you wanted stock. I didn’t want to go too stiff myself...
It was my understanding that the rear dobinson coil is 1.5" lift on 4runner and 1.75" on fj cruiser when I spoke to them. I had planned to use dobinson but their front would not fit the 6112 struts. I wanted to keep both springs the same manufacturer
