Buying an FJ, Newark DE

Hello, I am looking for some insight into buying an FJ here in the DC/VA/MD area. I have found one in Newark, DE but after going to the dealer and seeing a ton of rust on the undercarriage kinda worried me. I know rust is a normal thing here with all the road salt, but what exactly is excessive rust?

The other major issue was the vehicle had an accident on the carfax but did not specify what exactly occurred and the dealer said they did not remember at the time of purchase. The vehicle drove well, possibly needing new brakes in the rear and all 4wheel drive and diff engaged smoothly. The rear diff breathers did look a bit cracked and broken apart, which I think could allow water to seep in, no way to tell unless draining the diff oil. A few things the dealership tried to tell me was it was priced high because it was heavily modified, which only had spacers and stiffer rear springs and the dealer couldn't tell me what brand anything was spacers, springs or rear shocks. The front coil-overs were stock. It did have aftermarket front and rear bumpers. But I'm unsure if it's worth what the price they are asking, especially not knowing the accident history.

I am hoping someone on here has seen the vehicle or knows the dealership (Newark Toyota World) in the area and can give some positive/negative feed back. The below link is the listing. Any help on the history of the vehicle or if you think its a good deal is greatly appreciated.
