Not your fault. Get that quick lube place to fix it to the way it was before you entered the shop doesn't matter if its $300 or $3000 it is the shops responsibility. Whats more concerning is that they let it go without even notifying you, and only told you when asked. Fixing it with zipties is not a solution. Otherwise i have a 4.7 2005 filter box i have lying around
