I agree with above. Great looking truck and Id love an inferno some day.
Its hard to sell a used vehicle for more than a new vehicle. The labor certainly cant be included in the price point. The mods have different value added for you and the buyer - some of the mods, buyer may prefer not to have. Additionally, a lot of them lose their value because with transfer of ownership many warranties wont transfer so if something goes wrong with them its on the buyer and they dont have that same price point without a warranty.
There was a similar beautiful inferno a few months back from TN. The guy eventually had to part out all the mods because no one was gonna buy it as is with a higher price point for the mods. If you sold it to a dealer, they certainly arent giving you anything for mods.
