I have a 2017 TRD ORP w/KDSS and replaced by Bilstein 5100s with the Fox 2.5 DSCs.
Had them about 2000 miles now and started hearing this same clunk after the most recent overlanding camping trip.
It's coming from the front suspension for sure, just can't tell where it was.
I took off my wheels and gave a solid inspection looking for rubbing, friction, a stuck rubber bushing, something ... and came up with no ideas.

Happens usually when the rig has been off for a while and cold. Notice it a lot when starting in the morning, reversing slow and turning the wheel to back out of my driveway.
I live in San Diego so it gets "cold" at night, but not anything like the locations ya'll have in your bios.

Anyone have a solution yet. I might try calling Fox Customer Service, they have a location in San Diego.
