Happens usually when the rig has been off for a while and cold. Notice it a lot when starting in the morning, reversing slow and turning the wheel to back out of my driveway.
I live in San Diego so it gets "cold" at night, but not anything like the locations ya'll have in your bios.
Anyone have a solution yet. I might try calling Fox Customer Service, they have a location in San Diego.

Not sure about the aftermarket Fox shocks, but my conversation with Toyota focuses on the OEM set for 19s and the master tech is leaning toward shock valve setup as the root cause.
